Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

  • ArizonaCorner currently ships only within the United States (all 50 states plus Washington, D.C.).
  • At this time, we do not deliver to international addresses, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO locations.
  • Any orders submitted with an ineligible shipping address will be cancelled automatically, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Free Shipping

  • Enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on every order—no minimum purchase required.
  • Free shipping is automatically applied to all eligible U.S. orders, without the need for promo codes.
    What you see at checkout is the final price—no extra or hidden charges.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders confirmed and paid by 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time, Denver GMT-07:00) Monday through Friday will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. Handling Time (Processing & Personalization)

  • Every product is custom-made and tailored to your personalization request.
    Production/handling timeframe:

    • Minimum: 2 business day

    • Maximum: 5 business days

  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays).
    Once your order moves into production, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

5. Shipping & Transit Time

  • Carrier Partners: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected based on fastest and most reliable delivery to your location).
  • Shipping Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Transit Time:
    • Min: 2 business days
    • Max: 5 business days
  • Order Tracking: Every package includes tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

6. Total Delivery Time

  • Most packages arrive within 4–10 business days from the order date.
    Total delivery = Processing Time + Transit Time.
    Example: An order placed on Monday at 1:00 PM → processed same day → ships between Tuesday and Thursday → delivered between Thursday and the following Tuesday.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct.
  • Orders shipped to inaccurate or incomplete addresses (provided by the customer) are not eligible for free replacements.
  • If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours so we can update your details.

8. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Delays: While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may happen due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons. We’ll inform you if there’s a significant delay.

  • Lost/Damaged: If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
